Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SexAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past six months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
